Doctor of Law. Lecturer in Constitutional Law at the University of Athens (1892). Legal Adviser and Justice of the Peace until 1906; then Judge at the Mixed Courts of Egypt until 1920.

Member of the patriotic association“Rigas Feraios” together with the other tacton Ad. Γ. Tercetis. He publishes in collaboration with other artists (Tim Filimonas Filimonas, Pan Kalogeropoulos etc.) the political newspaper Rigas Feraios. He is an advocate of the Eastern idea for the cooperation of the peoples of the region and collaborated with the taxidermist Cl. Scalieri for the elevation to the Sultan’s throne of the philhellenic Sultan Tecton Murat V. He helped in the democratic victory of the Young Turks and the overthrow of the autocratic regime of Sultan Abdul Hamit.

He had been initiated into the Pythagoras Lodge and had risen to the 33rd degree.
