He studied economics.

Helped in sending supplies for the armed resistance group in the Macedonian struggle. He fought in the Balkan Wars.

He was involved in economics, organized financial organizations and legal entities (companies). He was an executive of the National Bank of Greece. As a professional he created the Panhellenic Accounting Society. As an economist, he conceived the need to establish a higher school for the production of qualified financial executives. Thus he was among the founding members of the Higher School of Economics and Commercial Sciences (ASSE), of which he was also Rector (1939 – 1940).
