He was born in Athens on September 16, 1955, graduated from the H’ High School for Boys of Athens in 1973, holds a degree in Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens from the Schools of Surveying and Architecture and holds the highest degree in Public Works Construction.
In 2000 he cooperated with the technical company “Intrakat S.A.” of the “Intracom S.A.” Group. from the position of General Manager and Management Consultant. In 2002 his company “Hellenic Constructions S.A.” was merged with the publicly listed company “Lever S.A.” of the group “Techniki Olympias S.A.” and he himself created the company “DIEKAT – Hellenic Constructions S.A.” in which he held a 12% share.
In 1980 he was initiated into theVenerableLodge “Byzantion” No. 60 in Ann. Athens, where he was elected Venerable in 1995. In 2010 he was elected to the Council of the Grand Lodge of Greece and was assigned the position of Grand Master, in 2013 he was re-elected and was elevated to the position of First Grand Master, in 2016 to the position of Added Grand Master and since 2019 he was entrusted with the office of Grand Master of the Council of the Grand Lodge of Greece, an office to which he was re-elected in 2022 for a term of office until 2025. He holds the highest offices of the York Press and has been initiated into the Order of KYCH in which he holds the highest office of the Fourfold Grand Cross. He has been initiated into all ranks of the A.A.S.T. and rose to the 33rd rank in 2015.
His masonic work includes the private publishing of his books, which are: ” Masonic Course” in 2009, a 250-page book of his speeches; ” Masonic History” in 2009, a historical record with a chronological sequence; ” Astral Knowledge” in 2009, a book describing the creation of the human being; ” Philosophical Reflections on the Soul” in 2009, a 450-page book reflecting ten years of research on the soul, ” Masonic Life” in 2012, a 275-page biographical masonic essay with masonic experiences, “Masonic Eregoros” in 2010 Angelakis Publications, “Collectivism and Eregoros” in 2014 Angelakis Publications, “Masonic Meditation” in 2017 Angelakis Publications and “Masonic Reflections – From Gnomon to Diabetes” in 2018 Angelakis Publications.
Due to his professional experience, he has undertaken and completed all the renovations and constructions of the Masonic Megara in Athens and the region from 2010 until today, with the most important ones being the renovation of the canteen and the replacement of the mechanical equipment of the Athens Masonic Hall in 2013, the construction of the Masonic Hall of Kifissia, a perimeter building with excellent quality of construction and particular luxury completed with the minimum possible construction costs, in 2019 the complete renovation of the Athens Masonic Hall and the complete reconstruction of all its furniture and equipment and in 2020 the renovation of the Museum and the Library of the Masonic Hall of Athens.
In 2016, the organization of the administrative and financial services of the Grand Lodge of Greece and the Masonic Foundation from the legal, accounting, tax and administrative point of view, with modernized methods, modern operating systems and with the institutionalization of the operation of the Masonic entities with internal control by Financial Audit Committees and under the continuous supervision of external Auditors.
In 2023 he completed the Amendment of the Charter and General Rules of the Grand Lodge of Greece, a project begun a decade ago, and the amendment of the Charters of the three Orders of the York Press, the Grand Pavilion of the Royal Arch, the Grand Council of Cryptics and the Grand Encampment of Greece.
In 2024 he redesigned, reformed and updated the Web Site of the Grand Lodge of Greece which he had been managing since 2013.
