Eutyhios (Felix) Hart was born in Athens in 1885 and, after completing his education at the Great School of the Nation in Constantinople, he studied at the Paris Medical School and graduated in 1909. He specialized in radiology. He took part in the Balkan Wars and was decorated. In 1925 he became a lecturer. In 1935 he became an associate professor at the newly established chair of radiology. In 1948 he became a full professor.
Hart was a pioneer of radiology in Greece. He was one of the founding members of the Hellenic Society of Radiology and served as its president in 1939, while he was also a member of the Athens Medical-Surgical Society, the Hellenic Anthropological Society and the Austrian Society of Radiology.
He was an advisor to the Ministry of Health. Member of the Atomic Energy Commission. Professor at police colleges and adviser to the Criminal Investigation Department. Authored many studies and introduced pioneering methods of Radiology in Greece and abroad. He was awarded many medals for bravery and scientific activity.
