He studied law and became involved in politics. He was elected as a member of the Parliament of Chalkida. He compiled all the laws and decrees of the newly established Greece from the arrival of Otto until 1886. He published them in several volumes under the title “Judicial Laws of Greece with the relevant case law of the Supreme Court”.
