He was born in 1943 in Vasiliki, Lefkada. After high school at the Varvakeio School, he studied Civil Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens.

In the year 1977 he knocked on the door and was immersed in St. “Pistis” No. 71 in Ann. Piraeus. In the year 1978 he became E. and in 1979 became a D.. In the year 1991 the members of the St. “Pistis” elected him rector (1991-1993). From the year 1994 to 1999 he served as Major Curator. Lodges. In the year 1999 he entered the Council of the Great Synod of Greece and received the title of Great Chief of the Churches (Great Synod). For three three-year terms he served as Grand Secretary, and on 28 January 2013 he was elected Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He was elected Grand Master (2013-2016) and on 25 January 2016 he was elected Grand Master (2016-2019).

In 1981 he joined the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Press and has served as an officer and Chairman of Workshops in An. Piraeus. In 2013 he was awarded the 33rd and final degree for Greece. He has been awarded the title of Honorary Grand Brigadier. In 1994 he entered the York Press. He has served in the Pentecostal, Cryptic and Knightly Freemasonry in An. Piraeus respective workshops. He has been a Grand Officer in all the corps of the York Press. In Pigeon Freemasonry he has been since 20.02.2016 Major Prefect of the Major Pigeon Masonry. Masons of the Royal Arch of Greece. In Cryptic Freemasonry, he is Ex. Grand Master of the Grand Council. of Greece.

In Knight Freemasonry he is a former and an Episcopalian. Major Master of the Grand Encampment of the Knights Templar of the Temple of Greece. In 2017 he is appointed Ex-Major 1st Ed. of the Grand Arch of the Masonic Order of Athelstan in England, Wales and overseas provinces. He was transferred to the Eternal East on 28 November 2023.
