C. G.Angelopoulos studied law in Athens, Paris, London and Vienna.

He was appointed professor of law (1880) at the University of Athens. He then became Professor of Law from 1890 to 1923. He served as Dean, Senator, Vice Rector and Rector from 1916 to 1920. He taught at the Evelpidon School 1883-85 and at the School of Industrial Arts (1902-05).

He was a member and advisor of the Archaeological Society from 1918 to 1920.
