In support of the work of the Fire Department, the “Masonic Foundation” donated two (2) auxiliary fire trucks for the transport of personnel and equipment.
The official handover of the donation took place on Wednesday 05 July 2023, at the premises of the 1st Fire Station of Athens.
The ceremony was attended by the President of the “Masonic Foundation”, President Michael Mattes, accompanied by Vice President George Biniaris, the Operations Coordinator of the Fire Brigade in Attica, Major General Panagiotis Niafas and the Commander of the 1st Fire Station of Athens, Fire Marshal Vasileios Zafiris.
Members of the “Masonic Foundation” as well as members of the Fire Department participated in the handover ceremony of the fire trucks.
